NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOF~ COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning <br />and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 3, 1983 at <br />7:30 P.M. at the Ramsay Municipal Center, 15153 No~hen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsay, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Ms. Connie Harmer's <br />request for a conditional use permit to conduct ceramic classes in her <br />home. This is in compliance with Section 170.016 Conditional Uses of <br />the Ramsay City Code. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 2 Block 9 Whispering <br />Pines Estates and is generally kno~m as 15331 Kangaroo Street N.W., Ramsey <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsay Planning and Zoning Cormmission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
