Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Dr. Duane Kennen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Connie Harmer was present and stated that she would like to conduct ceramic <br />classes in the lower level of her home and class sizes would be 6-8 persons. <br /> <br />Clayton Berg - Stated that a neighbor of Ms. Harmers called City ~all opposing <br />to the approval of the conditional use permit but would not identify herself <br />or state reasons for 6pposing the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the public hearing at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />lq~spectfully sub~uitted, <br /> <br /> Sylvia Frolik Lloyd G.
