RIGHU TO HOLD AND REJECT BIDS The City reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of thirty (30) days from the date set for the opening thereof before acting on. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and also to waive in- formalities. SERVICE Patrolling It shall be the responsibility of ani~l control to patrol the streets of Ramsey as requested by the Ramsey Police Department for the hours they designate. Animal Control agrees that patrolling shall be done by competent personnel trained in the handling of animals. Patrolling must be in a vehicle that is especially designed for the transportation of small animals. Animal control must main- tain one (1) vehicle for standby service to attend to cases outside regular patrol hours at the request of the Citys Police Department. Impounding Ail animals impounded shall be housed in a comfortable and humane manner for a period required by City Omdinance. Ail facilities shall be open and available to reclaim animals from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M,, Mondays through Saturdays, and from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Sundays and Holidays. Fees and Payments At the time an animal impounded is reclaimed, an impounding fee and boarding charge will be collected, Ail impounding fees, license fees and any other penalty fees collected shall be re- mitted to the City. In the event an animal impounded and boarded or placed under quarantine by ruling of the State Board of Health, the animal shall be boarded as required by said orde~ or ruling.
