RESOLUTION ~84- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AWARDING BID FOR THE ANIMAL CONTROL <br />CONTRACT FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1984 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for animal control for the <br />City of Ramsey, bids were received and opened on January 18, 1984 at ll:00 a.m. <br />in the Ramsey Municipal Center, tabulated according to la%', and the following bids <br />wcrc received complying with the advertisement: <br /> WHITE <br /> MAPSI BEAR LAKE <br /> <br />Base bid for administrative services (per month) <br /> <br />$37.50 $30.00 <br /> <br />Price for each Z4 hours or fraction thereof for boarding <br /> any species of animal <br /> <br />5.35 5.00 <br /> <br />Price per each animal destroyed <br /> <br />7.40 6.75 <br /> <br />Price per hour for service during regular scheduled <br /> working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) <br /> <br />22.50 15.00 <br /> <br />Price per hour for service during other than regular <br /> scheduled working hours <br /> <br />--- 15.00 <br />(two hour (two hour <br />minimum) minimum) <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that White Bear Lake has the lowest price quotes. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as fonows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council accepts the price quotes of White Bear Lake as listed <br />above. <br /> <br /> Z) That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized to notify the <br />unsuccessful bidder of the Council's decision. <br /> <br /> 3) That the City Administrator/Clerk and Mayor are hereby authorized to enter <br />into an agreement with White Bear Lake Animal Control for animal control in calendar <br />year 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
