I <br /> i <br /> ! <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the fo]lowing resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-141 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO NOT DELETE SPEC1AL ASSESSMENTS REGARDING STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #80-26; CASE OF MR. DONALD HUFF, 6811 - 15&TH LANE N.W. (PLAT 89222, <br />PARCEL 2960) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Donald Huff stated at the public hearing held on <br />September 8, 1981, which was held to adopt the special assessments for <br />Public Improvement Project #80-16 (bituminous surfacing of streets) that <br />he should not have been assessed for two units, as was adopted by the City <br />of Ramsey's Resolution #82-129; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State <br />of Minnesota did, at this regular Council meeting on September 8, 1981, <br />direct City Staff to prepare Findings of Fact regarding the legality of <br />assessing Plat 89222 Parcel 2960 with two (2) assessment units in the amount <br />of $3,O2~.48; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff did submit a Findings of Fact to the City <br />Council at their regular meeting of September 22, 1981; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State <br />of Minnesota did adopt the Findings of Fact on September 22, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the two (2) unit assessment in the amount of $3,021.48 <br />levied against Plat 89222 Parcel 2960 not be deleted based on the adopted <br />Findings of Fact. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that the following Administrative action be <br />taken on this case: <br /> <br />a) That the City Accountant be furnished a copy of this <br />resolution and all enclosures so that appropriate action <br />may be taken in accounting and assessment records. <br /> <br />b) That a certified copy of the City Council motion adopt- <br />ing the Findings'of Fact and a copy of the Findings of Fact <br />be attached to this resolution. <br /> <br />c) That a copy of this resolution and all enclosures be <br />filed in the Improvement Project #80-16 file. <br /> <br />d) That Mr. Donald Huff, 6811 - 154th Lane N.W. be fur, <br />nished a certified copy of this resolution and all en- <br />closures. <br /> <br /> <br />
