I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment will <br />hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 10, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose for said public hearing is to consider the request of Mr. Donald <br />Klohn, Princess Printing, Inc., to place a structure nearer the street than allowed <br />by City Code. <br /> <br /> The property is generally known as 6320 Highway #10 NW and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirty-two (3Z), Range <br />Twenty-five (ZS), that is described as follows: Commencing at the <br />meander corner of the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35), which <br />point is Six hundred twenty and five tenths (6Z0.5) feet South of the <br />West quarter corner; thence considering the West line of said Section <br />Thirty-five (35) to be a true meridian South Fifty-five degrees Twelve <br />minutes (55' 12') East for a distance of Three hundred seventy-five <br />and four tenths (375.4) feet~ thence South Sixty-eight degrees seventeen <br />minutes (68° 17') East One hundred six (106) feet to the point of beginning <br />of the tract of land to be hereby described; thence for a first course, <br />North and parallel to the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35) <br />for a distance of Five hundred sixty and six tenths (560.6) feet to the <br />actual point of beginning; thence continuing North on said parallel <br />line One hundred sixty-nine and four tenths (169.4) feet; thence North <br />Twenty degrees Twenty-one minutes (2.0° 21') East One hundred five <br />and six tenths (105.6) feet to the South line of State Highway No. 10; <br />thence Northwesterly along said South line to a point Three hundred <br />ninety-four (394) feet Southeast from the intersection of said South <br />line with the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35), measured on <br />said South line, thence Southwesterly at an angle of Sixty degrees <br />Twenty minutes (60' 20') with the North line of Government Lot One <br />(1), said Section Thirty-five (35), for a distance of One hundred <br />twenty-three (1Z3) feet, more or less, to a point that is three hundred <br />eight and five tenths (308.5) feet East of the West line of said Section <br />Thirty-five (35), measured on a line parallel to the North line of said <br />Government Lot One (1), thence South and parallel to the West line <br />of said Section Thirty-five (35) to an intersection with a line drawn <br />West at right angles to said paranel line from the actual point of <br />beginning, thence East to actual point of beginning, being part of Lot <br />Four (4), Auditor's Subdivision No. 96. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the <br />variance request. <br /> <br /> <br />
