i I I I I i I I I I I I I i I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY AGRE~ENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY This agreement between Econ Marketing, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", en- tered into this __ day of July, 1984. INTENT AND PURPOSE To insure that all conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey for all non-residential developments be fully understood by the applicant and insure that the applicant fully complies with all conditions established by this agreement. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY The property is generally known as 6320 Highway #10 N.W. and is legally described as follows: That part of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirty-two (32) Range Twenty-five (25), that is described as follows: Commenc- ing at the meander corner of the West line of said Section Thirty- five (35), which point is Six hundred twenty and five tenths (620.5) feet South of the West quarter corner; thence considering the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35) to be a true meri- dian South Fifty-five degrees TWelve minutes (55° 12') East for a distance of Three hundred seventy-five and four tenths (375.4) feet; thence South Sixty-eight degrees seventeen minutes (68° 17') East One hundred six (106)feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land to be hereby described; thence for a first course, North and parallel to the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35) for a distance of Five hundred sixty and six tenths (560.6) feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing North on said parallel line One hundred sixty-nine and four tenths (169.4) feet; thence North Twenty degrees Twenty-one minutes (20° 21') East One hundred five and six tenths (105.6) feet to the South line of State Highway No. 10; thence Northwesterly along said South line to a point Three Hundred ninety-four (394) feet Southeast from the intersection of said South line with the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35), measured on said South line, thence Southwesterly at an angle of Sixty degrees Twenty minutes (60° 20') with the North line of Government Lot One (1), said Section Thirty-five (35), for a distance of One hundred twenty-three (123) feet, more or less, to a point that is three hundred eight and five tenths 308.5)feet East of the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35), measured on a line parallel to the North line of said Government Lot One (1), thence South and parallel to the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35) to an intersection with a line drawn West at right angles to said parallel line from the actual point of beginning, thence
