i <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AGRE~ENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH <br /> DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED <br /> BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This agreement between Econ Marketing, Inc. hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", en- <br />tered into this __ day of July, 1984. <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To insure that all conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey <br />for all non-residential developments be fully understood by the applicant <br />and insure that the applicant fully complies with all conditions established <br />by this agreement. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />The property is generally known as 6320 Highway #10 N.W. and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirty-two (32) <br />Range Twenty-five (25), that is described as follows: Commenc- <br />ing at the meander corner of the West line of said Section Thirty- <br />five (35), which point is Six hundred twenty and five tenths <br />(620.5) feet South of the West quarter corner; thence considering <br />the West line of said Section Thirty-five (35) to be a true meri- <br />dian South Fifty-five degrees TWelve minutes (55° 12') East for <br />a distance of Three hundred seventy-five and four tenths (375.4) <br />feet; thence South Sixty-eight degrees seventeen minutes (68° 17') <br />East One hundred six (106)feet to the point of beginning of the <br />tract of land to be hereby described; thence for a first course, <br />North and parallel to the West line of said Section Thirty-five <br />(35) for a distance of Five hundred sixty and six tenths (560.6) <br />feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing North <br />on said parallel line One hundred sixty-nine and four tenths <br />(169.4) feet; thence North Twenty degrees Twenty-one minutes <br />(20° 21') East One hundred five and six tenths (105.6) feet to <br />the South line of State Highway No. 10; thence Northwesterly <br />along said South line to a point Three Hundred ninety-four (394) <br />feet Southeast from the intersection of said South line with the <br />West line of said Section Thirty-five (35), measured on said <br />South line, thence Southwesterly at an angle of Sixty degrees <br />Twenty minutes (60° 20') with the North line of Government Lot <br />One (1), said Section Thirty-five (35), for a distance of One <br />hundred twenty-three (123) feet, more or less, to a point that <br />is three hundred eight and five tenths 308.5)feet East of the <br />West line of said Section Thirty-five (35), measured on a line <br />parallel to the North line of said Government Lot One (1), thence <br />South and parallel to the West line of said Section Thirty-five <br />(35) to an intersection with a line drawn West at right angles <br />to said parallel line from the actual point of beginning, thence <br /> <br /> <br />
