Accompanying and securing said agreement <br />shal] be a surety company bond :in favor of the City of Ramsey and all <br />persons to whom the applicant and/or owners of the subject premises may <br />be liable because of the above required agreement. Said bond shall be <br />prepared by a corporate bonding company authorized to do business within <br />the State of Minnesota and shall be in the amount of not less than Fifty <br />Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). <br /> <br /> 6. The application shall include an agreement filed by the <br />applicants to defend, indemnify, save and hold the City of Ramsey harm- <br />less from and on account of any and all claims against the City of <br />Ramsey for injury or damage of any kind or nature to persons or property <br />in, upon or about the subject premises or arising from or in connection <br />with said music festival from any cause whatsoever. The applicants <br />shall coveuant and agree to keep and maintain in full force and effect <br />for a period of oue (1) year from and after the date upon which they <br />shall Itave been issued a license to conduct a music festival, a policy <br />of public liability and property damage insurance in standard form in <br />insurance companies satisfactory to tile City of Ramsey, and shall furn- <br />ish tile policy therefor to said City of Ramsey. Such public liability <br />insurance shall insure the City of Ramsey for limits of not less than <br />$250,000.00 for injury to any one (1) person and $500,000.00 for injury <br />to more than oue (i) person, and in the amount of $50,000.00 for prop- <br />erty damage. Said policy shall be delivered to the City of Ramsey at <br />least ten (10) days before the issuance of a license and such policy <br />shall bear an endorsement of, or shall be accompanied by, evidence of <br />receipt of payment of the premium thereon. <br /> <br /> 7. The application shall include an agreement signed by tile <br />applicauts providing that within seventy-two (72) hours after the con- <br />clusion of the music festival the applicants will clean up the premises, <br />including contiguous' public roads, ways and easements, and remove all <br />debris, garbage, trash, litter and other waste matter from, in and <br />around said premise, s, together with all advertising matter to said <br />festiva].. <br /> <br /> 8. An application shall not be considered completed until <br />each applicant |las been fingerprinted and photographed by the City of <br />Ramsey Police Department. <br /> <br /> 9. Upon receipt of the fully completed application, the city <br />clerk shall give copies of the application to the city council. The <br />city councJl shall determine whether, with regard to their specific <br />areas of responsibility, the proposed music festival can be held without <br />violation of any of the provisions of this code. Within forty-five (45) <br />days after the filing of a completed application, the city council shall <br />complete its investigations and shall notify the city clerk of their <br />approval or disapproval of the issuance of a license. If the city <br />council approves the issuance of a license, the city clerk shall, <br />after collecting the fee as provided in Section 130.0110 of this code, <br />issue said license. If the city council disapproves the issuance of <br />a license, no license shall be issued, and the reasons for such disapprov- <br />al shall be stated in writing with such notice of disapproval, a copy <br />of which shall be delivered to the applicant. <br /> <br /> <br />
