ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br /> The City Administrator or the City Administrator's designee <br />shall be responsible for the continuing administration of this <br />Franchise. The administrator may be changed by City from time to <br />time by written notice given to Grantee. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. ADVISORY BODY <br /> <br /> City may appoint an advisory body to monitor the performance <br />of Grantee in executing the provisions of this Franchise. The <br />advisory body shall perform all functions required of it by the <br />Council and applicable laws, ordinance, rules and regulations. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY BY CITY <br /> <br />A. City reserves the right to delegate and redelegate from time <br /> to time any of its rights or obligations under this Fran- <br /> chise to any body or organization. <br /> <br />B. Any delegation by City shall be effective upon written no- <br /> tice by City to Grantee of such delegation. <br /> <br />C. Upon receipt of notice by Grantee of City's delegation, <br /> Grantee shall be bound by all terms and conditions of this <br /> delegation not in conflict with this Franchise. <br /> <br />D. Any such delegation, revocation or redelegation, no matter <br /> how often made, shall not be deemed an amendment to this <br /> Franchise or require any consent of Grantee. <br /> <br />82 <br /> <br /> <br />
