Advertising time shall be initially allocated on the following channels: <br /> <br />Community Service Channel <br /> <br />o Quad Cities Health Channel <br /> <br />Color Radar Weather/Time <br /> <br />o ESPN <br /> <br />o USA Network <br /> <br />Cable News Network <br /> <br />A-7 <br /> <br /> <br />
