JOINT S~ AC~F~TANCE~ INCORPORATION OF OFFERING~ <br /> EXHIBITS ~ P[I3LICATION <br /> <br /> This Section acknawledges that the System is intended to be part of a <br />joint system which serves the cities of Andover, Anoka, Champlin and Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, and that Group W shall comply with all four franchises of the above <br />mentioned cities. <br /> <br /> Group W Shall accept the franchise pursuant to the procedures included <br />in Section 2. The propcsal of Group W to the four cities shall be incorporated <br />by reference into the franchise. Stmmaries of the proposal sba_Il be available <br />in the office of the City Clerk, the. public libraries, the local office of G~oup <br />W, and the office of any school district in the City.
