Such authorization shall be for a limited period of <br /> time not to exceed one year. The authorization shall be <br /> revocable at any time by the subscriber without penalty of <br /> any kind whatsoever. A separate authorization shall be re- <br /> quired for each type of classification of data or informa- <br /> tion sought from a subscriber terminal. <br /> <br />Grantee shall not, without the written authorization of the <br />affected subscriber, provide to anyone data identifying or <br />designating any subscriber. Any data authorized shall be <br />made available upon request by and without charge to the <br />authorizing subscriber in understandable fashion, including <br />specification of the purpose for which the information is <br />being gathered and to whom and for what fee the information <br />is to be sold. <br /> <br />Grantee shall not tap or monitor, arrange for the tapping or <br />monitoring, or permit any other person to tap or monitor, <br />any cable, line, signal input device, or subscriber outlet <br />or receiver for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior <br />written authorization of the affected subscriber as required <br />by paragraph A of this section. <br /> <br />Nothing herein contained shall prohibit Grantee from verify- <br />ing System operation and the transmission of signals to an <br />affected subscriber or from monitoring for the purpose of <br />billing. The confidentiality of the information obtained in <br />this subsection shall be subject to the provisions of this <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
