II <br />II <br /> <br />II <br />II <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br /> ARTICLE VI. <br /> <br /> SYSTEM OPERATIONS <br /> <br /> INFORMATION AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />Throughout the term of this Franchise, Grantee shall main- <br />tain books and records in accordance with normal and ac- <br />cepted bookkeeping and accounting practices for the cable <br />communications industry, and allow for inspection and copy- <br />ing of them by City at reasonable times at its designated <br />office. The books and records to be maintained by Grantee <br />shall include the following: <br /> <br /> (1) A record of all requests for service except those re- <br /> quests subsequently withdrawn (retained for two years); <br /> <br /> (2) A record of all subscriber or other complaints, and the <br /> action taken (retained for two years); <br /> <br /> (3) A file of all subscriber contracts; <br /> <br /> (4) Grantee policies, procedures and company rules; and <br /> <br /> (5) Financial records. <br /> <br />City shall give Grantee at least 24 hours notice before mak- <br />ing inspections of any books or records of Grantee. <br /> <br />Grantee shall file with City, at the time of its annual pay- <br />ment of the franchise fee, as described in this Franchise, <br />the following (although City may make written waiver of <br />receipt of any of the following): <br /> <br />(1) A financial statement certified by an officer of Grant- <br /> ee showing, in such reasonable detail as acceptable to <br /> City, the gross revenues of Grantee for the preceding <br /> fiscal year. <br /> <br />33 <br /> <br /> <br />
