II <br />[ <br />[ <br />l] <br />l] <br /> <br />[ <br />[ <br />[ <br />[ <br /> <br />[ <br />[ <br /> <br /> this Franchise and to assure an uninterrupted service to <br /> each and all of its subscribers; provided, however, that <br /> such rules, regulations, terms and conditions shall not be <br /> in conflict with the provisions of the Franchise, ordinances <br /> of City, and laws of the State of Minnesota or the United <br /> States. <br />D. Each subscriber shall be provided with instructions on fil- <br /> <br /> ing complaints or otherwise obtaining information or assist- <br /> ance from Grantee. <br /> <br />E. All items described in this section shall be provided to <br /> each new subscriber at the time a contract is entered into <br /> or service begun, and to all existing subscribers not less <br /> than once each year. <br /> <br />F. The term of a subscriber contract shall not be for more than <br /> <br /> 12 months duration unless after 12 months the contract may <br /> be terminated by the subscriber at his option at any time, <br /> with no penalty to subscriber. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SUBSCRIBER PRACTICES <br /> <br />A. There shall be no charge for disconnection of any installa- <br /> tion or outlet. If any subscriber fails to pay a properly <br /> due monthly subscriber fee, or any other properly due fee or <br /> charge, Grantee may disconnect the subscriber's service out- <br /> let, provided, however, that such disconnection shall not be <br /> effected until after the later of (i) 45 days after the due <br /> date of said delinquent fee or charge or (ii) ten days after <br /> delivery to subscriber of written notice of the intent to <br /> disconnect.
