SE~UIC~ AND <br /> <br /> Progranming shall be provided as specified in the proposal of Group W. <br />Progranming shall be added and deleted pursuant to the procedures of Section 1. <br /> <br /> Service shall not be interrupted unless .absolutely necessary. If' ser- <br />vice is interrupted for more than 48 hours, subscriber shall be credited pro- <br />rata for such interruption. An office shall be maintained in the area and shall <br />be capable of receiving complaints and requests for repairs or adjustments at <br />any time seven days per week. This section further details subscriber complaint <br />procedures. <br /> <br />Ai~TICLE V. OONSTRUC~ION, INITIAL SERVICE AREA¢ LINE EXTENSION AND <br /> CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS <br /> <br /> All areas oontaining dwelling units within the cities of Anoka and <br />Champlin as well as all areas within Andover and Ramsey where current dwelling <br />unit density exceeds 40 homes per mile shall be constructed as the initial <br />system. <br /> <br />St~CYION 2. r,]~g EXFI~lSION IXILI~ <br /> <br /> Service shall be extended to those areas not in the initial service <br />area pursuant to the formula of Section 2. <br /> <br /> Group W shall construct substantially all areas of the initial service <br />area which contain dwelling units within one year of the granting of the State <br />Certificate of Confirmation. Delays in construction shall result in penalties <br />provided by the franchise. <br /> <br /> Group W shall comply with all construction standards of the franchise <br />as well as all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and codes, <br />federal, state and local. <br /> <br /> Group W may not, in its construction of the System, interfere with any <br />gas, electric or television fixture, water hydrant or main, and sewer line. <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
