(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Grantee shall give City written notice of any rate <br />increase at least ninety (90) days prior to the <br />effective date of the rate increase. <br /> <br />In the event the percentage of the rate increase <br />(in any respect) does not exceed the percentage of <br />the increase from the CPI in existence on the date <br />of the certification of this Franchise by the <br />Board or specified in the last rate increase <br />notice of the Grantee (whichever event is most <br />recent), the noticed rate shall become effective <br />upon its noticed effective date. <br /> <br />Except as provided in Article VI, Section 4., <br />D. (c) (5), in the event the percentage of the rate <br />increase (in any respect) exceeds the percentage <br />of increase from the CPI in existence on the date <br />of the certification of this Franchise by the <br />Board or specified in the last rate increase <br />notice of the Grantee (whichever event is most <br />recent), the notice rate shall become effective <br />upon its noticed effective date but the notice <br />shall also include current financials and other <br /> <br />information as specified in Article VI, Sec- <br /> <br />tion 4., D.(4) (c) (1.-9.). <br /> <br />(i) Upon review by City of the information pro- <br /> vided in the notice by Grantee, City may <br /> schedule a public hearing on the proposed <br /> rate increase within two (2) weeks from the <br /> <br />47 <br /> <br /> <br />
