of this Franchise by Grantee. <br /> <br /> (3) Ail evaluation sessions shall be open to the public and <br /> notice of sessions published in the same way as a legal <br /> notice. Grantee shall notify its subscribers of all <br /> evaluation sessions by announcement on at least two <br /> channels of the System between the hours of 7:00 p.m. <br /> and 9:00 p.m. for five consecutive days preceding each <br /> session. <br /> <br />(4) Topics which may be discussed at any evaluation session <br /> may include, but not be limited to, service rate struc- <br /> tures; franchise fee; penalties; free or discounted <br /> services; application of new technologies; system per- <br /> formance; services provided; programming offered; com- <br /> munity access; local origination; customer complaints; <br /> privacy; amendmemts to this Franchise; judicial, Board <br /> and FCC rulings; line extension policies; and Grantee <br /> or City Rules. <br /> <br />(5) During a review and evaluation by City, Grantee shall <br /> fully cooperate with City and shall provide without <br /> cost such information and documents as City may request <br /> to reasonably perform the service. <br /> <br />(6) If at any time during its review, City determines that <br /> reasonable evidence exists of inadequate System per- <br /> formance, it may require Grantee to perform tests and <br /> analyses directed toward such suspected inadequacies at <br /> the Grantee's own expense. Grantee shall fully cooper- <br /> ate with City in performing such testing and shall pre- <br /> <br />50 <br /> <br /> <br />
