I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />Commercial-Account Charges--All hotels, motels, TV retail and service <br />stores, nursing homes, and hospitals. <br /> <br />The maximum monthly service charge per outlet of commercial usage is 50 <br />percent of the residential first-set rate for the same service. Installation <br />charges will be determined on an individual basis after an engineering sur- <br />vey of the facility has been completed. In no event will the charges exceed <br />the standard installation charge on a per-unit basis. <br /> <br />Bu]k-.~ate Account Charges.--All apartment buildings, condominiums, trailer <br />parks, etc., having five or more single-family dwellings at the same or <br />contiguous service address with single point billing. <br /> <br />Billing for bulk-rate accounts is based on total units, whether occupied or <br />not. 'The maximum monthly service charge per outlet for this category is 80 <br />percent of the residential first-set rate for the same service. Installation <br />charges will be determined on an individual basis after an engineering sur- <br />vey of the facility has been completed. In no event will the charges exceed <br />the standard installation charge on a per-unit basis. <br /> <br />Installation Over 200 Feet--For installation of service drops longer than 200 <br />feet, the resident will be charged an additional amount for the installation <br />equal~to the incremental increase of the cost of time and materials for every- <br />thing longer than 200 feet. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />There is no charge to subscribers for cable-related maintenance and <br />repair calls. <br /> <br />There will be no charge for the first drop to government, library, <br />educational and non-profit users of the institutional network. Commer- <br />cial rates will be negotiated. <br /> <br />Teleprompter of Quad Cities will offer pay-per-view services at the <br />.lowest possible rate pending the conclusion of contract negotiations with <br />vendors. <br /> <br />A-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
