RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS <br /> <br /> No signals, including signals of a Class IV Channel, shall <br /> be transmitted from a subscriber terminal except as required <br /> to provide a service authorized by this Franchise and the <br /> subscriber. Grantee and any other person shall neither ini- <br /> tiate nor use any procedure or device for monitoring indi- <br /> vidual viewing patterns or practices or otherwise procuring <br /> or storing or selling information or data from a Subscrib- <br /> er's terminals or terminal by any other means, without the <br /> prior authorization of the affected subscriber which shall <br /> not have been obtained from the subscriber as a condition of <br /> service.
