LI <br /> <br /> located by Grantee, appropriate rebates will be made to the <br /> current subscriber of affected dwelling unit. If additional <br /> dwelling units are constructed in the line extension and the <br /> line extension density remains under 40 dwelling units per <br /> street mile contiguous to the initial service area, Grantee <br /> shall rebate to subscribers on the line extension on a pro- <br /> rated basis $400 for each additional dwelling unit built. <br /> In no event will a subscriber who partially assumed con- <br /> struction costs be rebated more than the amount initially <br /> assumed by that subscriber. <br /> <br />B. If the line extension has been built and reaches a density <br /> of 30 homes per street mile contiguous to th~ initial serv- <br /> ice area, Grantee shall rebate all monies paid by those <br /> subscribers who have assumed line extension costs. In no <br /> event will a subscriber who partially assumed construction <br /> costs be rebated more than the amount initially assumed by <br /> that subscriber. <br /> <br />C. For installation of service drops longer than 200 feet, the <br /> <br /> resident shall be charged an additional amount for the <br /> installation equal to the incremental increase of the cost <br /> of time and materials for everything longer than 200 feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. CONSTRUCTION TIMETABLE <br /> <br />A. Within 90 days after the granting of Franchise, Grantee <br /> shall apply for all necessary permits, licenses, certifi- <br /> cates and authorizations which are required in the conduct <br /> of its business, including, but not limited to, any joint <br /> use attachment agreements, microwave carrier licenses, or <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br /> <br />
