Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-12-343 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1990 RATES AND CHARGES FOR THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Ordinance #89-27 adopting the Minnesota State <br />Building Code states that the building permits, inspections and fees will be adopted by resolution <br />annually in the Rates and Charge Schedule; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Committee reviewed the 1990 Rates and <br />Charge Schedule for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby establishes the 1990 Rates~and <br />Charges Schedule for the City of Ramsey attached hereto and made a part of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember DeLuca <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Pearson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of December 1989. <br /> <br />ATTE :~ ~ ~ <br />City A"dmin~strator <br /> <br />Mayo~,/- ,~ <br /> <br /> <br />
