Site Plan Review Procedures - <br />shal 1: <br /> <br />All new development in the CAR communities <br /> <br />1) Occur on an approved subdivision. <br /> <br />2) Obtain approval of a site plan for all mu].ti-family, <br /> commercial and industrial' development <br /> <br />3) Provide information necessary for a building permit. <br /> <br />Subdivision is the process by which land is divided into lots. At the time <br />the land is subdivided, compliance with state and local regulations can be <br />checked relative to drainage, erosion, flooding, sewer and water concerns. <br /> <br />For all multiple family (3 or more units), commercial,, and industrial-develop- <br />ment, site plans will be required; and on these plans, information such as <br />elevation, landscaping (existing and proposed), building materials, and <br />compliance with zoning requirements shall be provided. <br /> <br />In addition all development shall be accompanied by a "Certificate of Survey." <br /> <br />-27- <br /> <br /> <br />
