The City Administrator and Evensen-Dodge, Inc. financ~al adviser to <br />the City, are hereby authorized and d~rected to directly negotiate the sale of <br />$90,000 Equipment Certificates of Indebtedness and $190,000 General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds in accordance with the terms set forth in the sale memorandum <br />dated May ]8, 1984 attached hereto as Exhibits A and B. <br /> <br /> 5. The City Council shall meet to consider offers for the purchase of the <br />certificates and the bonds at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 1984. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> <br />by Counc~lmember <br /> <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the fo]]ow~ng voted against: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />
