Voting yes <br /> <br />. Voting no <br /> <br />CASE ~5: REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR RIVERS' BEND; CASE <br /> <br />OF MR. LYLE MCLAUGHLIN: <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Foster of John Oliver and Associates appeared before the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for a public hearing at their meeting of May 1, 1984 <br />for preliminary plat approval of the plat of River's Bend. The Commission <br />recommended granting variances to the street width (60' instead of 66') and to <br />the length of the cul-de-sac on the south end of the project. <br /> <br />While the applicant has not requested the City construct 149th Avenue west <br />of the proposed plat, we can only assume that he will do so as provided for by <br />Ordinance #83-4, Section 170.039C, Paragraph 2g. <br /> <br />This plat will require the filing of an environmental assessment worksheet which <br />will be necessary prior to final approval. <br /> <br />DNR approval for filling within the plat as well as their general approval will <br />also be required. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (Da-e) for your consideration in <br />this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) City Engineer's report <br />e) Public hearing meeting minutes dated May 1, 1984 <br />f) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated May 1, 1984 <br /> <br />A copy of the proposed preliminary plat is attached as Exhibit "C". <br /> <br /> <br />
