I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on May 1, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Thomas Landowski, of Sleep <br />Easy Mattress Company, request to manufacture mattresses, box springs and <br />softside waterbeds and have a factory direct sales of mattresses, box springs <br />and waterbeds in a B-l, Business, zone.. <br /> <br />The property is legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, Alpaca Estates. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
