I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />~ITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED <br />BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This agreement between Sleep Easy Mattress Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", entered into this <br /> day of May, 1984. <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are understood <br />between the applicant and City and that the applicant complies fully with conditions and <br />time frames as established by this agreement and plans and specifications as submitted <br />by the applicant to operate a mattress factory in a B-I, Business, zone. <br /> <br />LOCATION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />The property is legally described as Lot 1, Block Z, Alpaca Estates. <br />The zoning of said property is B-I, Business. <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> 1) That the applicant shall not have any outside storage. <br /> <br /> Z) That the site development shall be in accordance with the site plan which is hereby <br />incorporated as a part of this agreement as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 3) That any expansions of the applicant's business shall require approval of the Board <br />of Adjustment and the City Council. <br /> <br /> 4) That the applicant shall file with his deed a copy of this agreement and that the <br />applicant shall provide the City with proof of filing. <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />By: By: <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />Date: By: <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br /> <br />
