NOT]CE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and <br />Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May ~, 198q at <br />7:30 P.M. in the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15~53 No~rthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the public hearing is to consider Mr. Art Raudio <br />request for preliminary plat approval and rezoning from Urban Multiple <br />Business (LIMB) to Urban Residental (UR) of Ramsey Center Partnership. <br /> <br /> The property is generally located east of S.T.H. #q7 to the <br />Rum R~ver and south of l~gth Avenue N.W. and is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Government Lots 4, 5, and 6 and part of Government <br />Lot 3. Ail in Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota.
