With the Mini-Basic Service, P~me /heater Network, plus, is available for an <br />additional monthly service charge. With the Basic and Interactive Services, <br />all premium pay /5~ services are available each for additional monthly service <br />charges. Additional installation charges are required if installed separately <br />from any service. <br /> <br />2 No installation charge for Mini-Basic, Basic or Interactive Service for 90 <br /> days after cable service is first offered in an area.
