Springer's <br />request to build a garage larger than the City Code allows as permitted in <br />Section 170.0145 paragraph 2 in the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 2 Block 10 Countryside <br />Estatea and is generally known as 88?2 - 175th Lane N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Board of Adjustment, 15153 Now~hen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />Written comments shall be received at the above address prior to 5:00 P.M., <br />May 24, 1984. <br /> <br />DATE: April 25, 1984 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
