CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AGREf~4ENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED <br /> BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This agreement between Mr. Scott D. Springer, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", <br />entered into this ~ day of May, 1984. <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey <br />are understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant com- <br />plies fully with conditions and time frames as established by this agreement <br />and plans and specifications as suk~itted by the Applicant to construct an <br />accessory building of 1,120 square feet. <br /> <br />LOCATION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />The property is legally described as Lot 2 Block 10, Countryside Estates and <br />is generally known as 8872 - 175th Lane N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The zoning of said property is R-i, Residential. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to com- <br />plete his construction. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the <br />principal structure. <br /> <br /> 3) That the Applicant shall use his structure for the storage of <br />personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type <br />shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br /> 4) That the Applicant hereby agrees the existing garage will be <br />remodeled into a family room. <br /> <br /> 5) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of his agree- <br />ment and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing <br />prior to the issuance of his permit. <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />Date: <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Scott D.
