Hartman, Technical Analyst <br /> <br />Mr. Hartman is the head of a fiscal analysis department which operates within the <br />firm to assist attorneys in analyzing and structuring public financings. A graduate <br />of the University of Minnesota and graduate work at Mankato State University, he <br />is well versed in all aspects of the redevelopment process. His experience was <br />derived from being the former director of the Technical Assistance and Research <br />Service of the League of Minnesota Cities, where he determined the feasibility of <br />redevelopment projects and new development proposals for many cities in this <br />state, and his prior work of 15 years with the Minneapolis Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority using the tax increment financing mechanism and various <br />other redevelopment programs for residential, commercial and industrial areas as a <br />planner, project manager and supervisor. <br /> <br />-12- <br /> <br /> <br />
