I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />iCASE ~9: <br /> <br />Exhibit "A", a letter from Waste Management to MPCA dated May 7, t984. <br />We will try to have the letter from MPCA to Waste Management availab]e for your <br />review at the meeting. <br />At a meeting held on May 15, 1984 at the Anoka County Court House with <br />Anoka County Environmental Health, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, <br />City of Ramsey and City of Anoka, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />stated that they are having problems with SERCO Lab reports. However, <br />at the present time, MPCA stated the reports are too inconclusive to state <br />whether there is a problem developing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Haas who was present at this meeting stated that the County <br />would cover costs of these expanded tests to speed up the process of developing <br />good data. <br /> <br />Council Action: ]'here really isn't any action you can take until these additional <br />tests are taken and processed through the lab. <br /> <br /> b) Anoka landfill inspection reports for April 1984 - Please refer to enclosure <br />(DZ-h) for this report. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that you received and reviewed <br />said report. <br /> <br /> c) Letter from Anoka County Environmental Services - Enclosure (DZ-i) <br />contains a letter dated May 4, 1984 from Anoka County Environmental Services. <br />They would like for the Ramsey City Council to review the contents they refer <br />to in the above enclosure to see if you desire to make a statement. <br /> <br />Coundl Action: Your action will be to review the above enclosure to see <br />whether you desire to make a statement. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION FOR EVENSEN DODGE, INC. TO PROCEED WITH <br />INFORMAL COMPETrrIVE SALE OF $190,000 G.O. IMPROVEMENT BOND <br />OF 1984 AND $90,000 G.O. EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (DZ-j) contains a letter from Evensen Dodge, Inc. which gives <br />particulars on the two issues that we will be seeking funding for here. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Evensen Dodge, <br />Inc. to sell both of the two issues named above by informal competitive sales. <br />The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> Motion by f YJ and seconded by .~/~q to adopt Resolution <br /> ~84- to authorize Evensen Dodge, Inc., the City's fiscal consultant, <br /> to proceed with informal competitive sales for the following issues: <br /> <br />$90,000 G.O. Equipment Certificates <br />$190,000 G.O. Improvement Bonds of 1984 <br /> <br />Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #84- <br />Motion carried. Voting yes ~- <br /> <br />.
