The City Engineer will <br />have the partial payment request available at the Council meeting for <br />your review. <br /> <br />Cotmcil Action: Your action will be to adopt a resolution <br />approving/disapproving of said partial payment to First Impressions. The <br />following motion is hereby submitted for your con. siderati~l~ <br /> Motion by __~,~'~ and seconded by to adopt Resolution <br /> ~84- approving/disapproving of partial payment in the amount of <br /> to First Impressions for the construction of the irrigation <br /> system at the City's Central Park (if Council disapproves payment, <br /> you should state reason and direct what you want done). Voting no <br /> <br /> c) Shoreland ordinance - Enclosure (D2-k} contains a letter from the <br />DNR dated April 16, 1984 regarding shoreland management <br />classification/ordinance in regards to the City's proposed recommendations. <br />The DNR has reviewed the City Engineer's proposed shoreland ordinance <br />and are making several recommendations in the above letter. We, City <br />Staff, do not see any problems with their (DNR's) recommendations to <br />our proposed shoreland ordinance. <br /> <br /> Cotmdl Action: Your action will be to note that you have reviewed the <br />I above correspondence. There will be no action required unless you are <br /> in disagreement with the DNR's recommendation. <br /> <br /> <br />
