I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 6, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Ms. Darlene Dickman's request <br />to obtain a conditional use permit to establish individual and family counseling <br />services for out-patients by appointment only as outlined in Chapter 170.016 <br />entitled "Conditional Uses" of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 3, Block Z, Oakridge Estates <br />and is generally known as 8451 - 166th Circle NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and comment <br />on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
