The proposed building size is 24' x 26' and the exterior will
match that of the current attached garage. The accessory garage will be
used for family vehicles and Mr. Gorham intends to put in a driveway to
the accessory garage. The placement of the accessory building is 30' from
the east lot line and leaves plenty of space for additional structures on
the lot.

Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve
the proposed findings of fact for Mr. Gary Gorham's variance request to
build an accessory structure on a vacant lot.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Gamec, Council-
members Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember
Van Wagner.

Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve of
Mr. Gary Gorham's request to build an accessory structure on a vacan lot.

Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that Council would not be
approving anything out of the ordinary; if Mr. Gorham's two lots were
combined as one parcel, Mr. Gorham would be allowed to build an even larger
accessory building.

B of A/April 24, 1984
