Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-09-158 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR ANDERSON DAHLEN <br />WHEREAS, on August 22, 2016, the City received an application and plans from <br />Anderson Dahlen for Site Plan Review for a building expansion; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 1, 2016, the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan, <br />and recommended that the City Council approve said Site Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 13, 2016, the City Council considered approval of the Site <br />Plan for the building expansion. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey does approve the Site Plan for Anderson <br />Dahlen's building expansion, contingent upon compliance with the Staff Review Letter <br />dated August 26, 2016 and the Developer executing a Development Agreement with the <br />City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council the <br />13' day of September, 2016. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
