NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Lower <br />Rum River Watershed Management Organization as follows: <br />1. It is hereby recognized and declared that the City of Anoka is the sole owner of the Anoka <br />Dam. <br />2. As the owner, the City of Anoka is solely responsible for the ongoing operations, <br />maintenance, repair, and replacement of the Anoka Dam as may be needed. <br />3. The Board requests the City of Anoka formally act to acknowledge its sole ownership of the <br />Anoka Dam. <br />4. The LRRWMO staff is hereby authorized and directed to identify and process for the Board's <br />review amendments to the Plan as may be needed to reflect the fact that the LRRWMO does <br />not own the Anoka Dam and is not responsible for its ongoing maintenance and no additional <br />assessment is needed at this time. <br />Adopted this day of , 2016. <br />Attest: <br />Secretary <br />BY THE LRRWMO BOARD <br />Chair <br />2 <br />
