CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 09/27/2016 <br />Submitted For: Bruce Westby, Engineering/Public Works <br />By: MaryJo Warner, Engineering/Public Works <br />4. 9. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #16-09-176 Authorizing Partial Payment to Pearson Bros. for IP # 16-00 Division A; 2016 <br />Crackseal and Sealcoat Improvements <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Resolution and Pay Request attached. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Project costs exceed the contract amount due primarily to the extensive cracksealing needed on streets in this year's <br />sealcoat program.
