Staff recommends this project move forward. <br />Motion by Commissioner Logan, seconded by Commissioner Fyten, to recommend to the City <br />Council approve Anoka Ramsey Athletic Association' s donation and construction of dugout and <br />related backstop and fencing replacement at Alpine Park, together with a Memorandum of <br />Understanding and Commitment agreement that identifies the roles and responsibilities for the <br />proj ect. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chair Bennett, Commissioners Logan, Fyten, Mobry and Trappen, <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Troy <br />5.03: Recommend to City Council the Advance Construction of a Proposed 2017 Capital <br />Improvement for Alpine Park <br />Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Riverblood reviewed the purpose of this case <br />is to recommend to City Council the Advance Construction of a Proposed 2017 Capital <br />Improvement for Alpine Park to consider ballfield improvements to fields #3 and #4 identical to <br />what is proposed for fields #1 and #2. <br />Motion by Commissioner Logan, seconded by Commissioner Fyten, to recommend to the City <br />Council approve the Advance Construction of a Proposed 2017 Capital Improvement for Alpine <br />Park for the second phase of replacing the four baseball backstops and sideline fencing at Alpine <br />Park for Fields #3 and #4. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chair Bennett, Commissioners Logan, Fyten, Mobry and Trappen, <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Troy. <br />6.
