ASBESTOS MATERIAL SURVEY CITY BUILDING 15153 NOWTHEN BLVD RAMSEY, MINNESOTA Due to the demolition plans for the building, removal of the asbestos -containing materials is recommended for maintaining compliance with State and Federal Regulations, The removal of the identified materials should be completed prior to the start of any demolition work where the asbestos materials will likely be disturbed. A licensed abatement contractor using appropriate removal methods and engineering controls would be required to perform the removal of the asbestos containing materials. The listed asbestos materials are currently considered as Category I, non - friable materials in good condition.
