Work on this project could begin as <br />soon as September 28. This project is expected for completion by early December 2016. <br />During demolition, the contractor will be allowed to work on site from XX:XX am to XX:XX pm, Monday <br />through Friday. If you have any questions/concerns RE this project, or if you see the contractor is <br />working outside of the designated work hours, please contact the City's Community Development <br />Department at 763-433-9824 or planningPcitvoframsev.com. <br />Moving forward, upon completion of this demolition project, the City intends to market and sell the <br />remaining portion of the former municipal center site to a residential developer.
