Absent: Members Hardin and Riley.
The EDA returned to open session at 8:22 a.m.
Economic Dev. Mgr/Assistant City Administrator Brama stated that this agreement would place
the remaining construction of the private drive from Casey's to this property on the developer.
He stated that staff is attempting to accomplish a policy that would make it easier to review
requests rather than reviewing elements on a case by case basis.
Chairperson Steffen stated that the proposed location would seem to be the major issue.
Brian Pankratz, Vice President of Land Services with CBRE stated that from a traffic standpoint,
the location may not be ideal but this would fit into where development has started.
