CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:32 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Further Discussion of 2017 Proposed Budget and Levy and Review of 5 Year Budget <br />(2017-2021) <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember Riley referenced the engineering revenue line item and asked if that line item is <br />offset by the engineering services provided for sealcoat and road construction projects. <br />City Engineer Westby provided additional details on the engineering services that are provided <br />for the two types of projects. <br />City Council Work Session / September 13, 2016 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
