PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Proclamation Declaring October 2016 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month <br />Mayor Strommen read aloud the proclamation declaring October 2016 as domestic violence <br />awareness month, noting that Council will take action on the agenda under the Consent Agenda. <br />3.
