Secs. 26-654-26-679. - Reserved. <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #16-09, which has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #16-09 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Chapter 26, Article <br />XIV to require detached and attached single-family dwellings obtain a rental license before renting the <br />dwellings. These single-family dwellings would be subject to a registration, but not the initial application <br />inspection. The City reserves the right to request an inspection if it finds reasonable cause to assume a code <br />violation exists and reserves the right to obtain an administrative search warrant if deemed necessary. <br />SECTION 4.
