Any such certificate may be relied on by the party who requested it and by any other person, <br />firm or corporation to whom it may be exhibited or delivered, and the contents of such certificate shall <br />be binding on the party executing it. <br />30 Minnesota Law. This Lease shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />31 Entire Agreement. This Lease contains the entire agreement of the parties and no <br />representations, inducements, promises or agreements, oral or otherwise, between the parties not <br />embodied herein shall be of any force or effect. <br />32. Attachment. The Exhibit A attached is incorporated herein as if fully set forth at this <br />point.
