General Election In -Person Absentee Voting is available at the Ramsey City Hall during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The City Hall will also be open to accommodate In -Person Absentee Voting on Saturday, November 5, from 10:00 am -3:00 pm, and open late on Monday, November 7, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
