I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />1984 MUNICIPAL STATE AID NEEDS REPORT <br /> <br />Comparison of Total 1984 to the Tentative 1985 Apportionment <br /> <br />Comparing the actual 1984 to the tentative 1985 total appor- <br />tionment, we find that 52 municipalities increase, and 58 <br /> <br />decrease, <br /> <br />Five cities had increases which exceeded ten percent. <br /> <br />Cottage Grove, Lakeville, Mendota Heights, Mounds View, <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />Prior Lake, St. Cloud, Shoreview and Woodbury were the only <br />cities which had decreases exce~din§ ten percent. <br /> <br />This tentative apportionment is only for comparison purposes. <br />The actual allotment will be determined by the Commissioner <br /> <br />in January of 1985. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
