Revise the street grades at 149th Avenue and its intersection with Yakima St. and Xkimo St. as shown on plan sheets 12,13,21,22, 23,26 & 28. 0 ~ Totals - 0 $9,860.50 Net Change in Contract Price - $9,860.50 Description and Location of Work: The location of the work is shown on the revised plan sheets. The alignment of the subtrunk sewer and the lowering of the street grade was made to-save trees on the project. The addition of the trunk watermain is to provide future service to the west side of T.H,~47. Future installation of the watermain would require tearing up the street or acquiring an additional easement. The storm sewer between Lots 13 and 14 is required to drain the back of Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 5 of River's Bend. The street grade on 149th AVenue was revised to meet MSAS standards. Ail work shall be done in accordance with the contract documents or as directed by the engineer. The amount of the contract will be increased by the sum of: $9,860.50. The contract total including this change order will be:·$856,024.25. The contract period provided for completion will be unchanged. This document will become a supplement to the contract and all· provisions will apply hereto. It is understood that this agreement is not valid until the appropriate signatures are affixed.
