Me~bers Present: Mr. Gary Heitman, Chairman Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper Mr. Tom Greenberg Mr. Roger Buchanan Mr. Stan Data Mr. Dick Sieber Members Absent: Mr. T~m Gamec Mr. John Lichter Mr. Curt Titterud CALL If) ORDER Chairman Heitman called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. APPROVAL CF (MATER OOMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Motion by Commissioner Sieber and seconded by Ccmmissioner Bauerkemper to approve Charter Ccmmissionmeeting minutes dated May 24, 1984. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, C(mmzissioners Sieber, Bauerkemper and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Abstain: Commissioner Buchanan. Absent: C~missioners Gamec, Titterud and Lichter. OO~ISS ION BUSINESS 1. Charter C(m~mission Update To Judge Sokolo~ski -- Commission consensus is that Chairman Heitman issue a letter to Judge Sokolcwski regarding Charter C(~dssion activities from November, 1983 to May of 1984 and that Chairman Heir=nan provide all C~mmission m~mbers with a COlbY of said letter. 2. Charter Cc~ission Membership Due To Expire In Spring, 1985 Cc~missioner Greenberg pointed out that some Ccmmzission memberships will be expiring and inquired as to how the vacancies on the Commission are filled.
